2. Reservations and Deposits

All reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure reservation dates. Reservations may only be held for a limited time without a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable unless a replacement hunter is found at full price. Rancho La Bota is not responsible for finding replacement hunters.

3. Payments and Fees

After the deposit is received, any remaining balance, including applicable kill fees, will be due at the end of the stay. Fees may vary depending on the type and size of harvested game. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Changes and Cancellations

In the event of an emergency, hunts may be rescheduled based on availability for up to one year from the original scheduled date. Cancellations without a replacement hunter will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

5. Travel and Transportation

Transportation to and from the designated meeting point may be provided as part of the hunting package. Guests are responsible for arriving on time at the agreed meeting location. Travel instructions will be provided prior to arrival.

6. Hunting Regulations and Safety
