Everything you need to know to plan, reserve, and prepare for your hunt at Rancho La Bota.
Booking your hunt at Rancho La Bota is simple and straightforward. The first step is contacting our team to request your preferred hunt dates. All reservations are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis, so early planning is highly recommended.
Once your dates are confirmed, a $1,500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. Due to high demand, reservations can only be held for up to 10 days without a deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable, unless you are able to find a replacement hunter paying the full price. Rancho La Bota is not responsible for finding a replacement in the event of a cancellation.
If an emergency prevents you from attending your scheduled hunt, your reservation may be rescheduled once, subject to availability, for up to one year from the original hunt date.
After the deposit is placed, the only remaining balance will be the kill fees, which are paid at the end of your stay. These fees vary based on the size and species of the animals harvested. Please refer to our Pricing section for full details on what is included.
